It is normal practice that, in the event of an insurance claim, the insurance company will appoint a loss assessor to act on its behalf.

Donnelly Surveyors will review all policy documentation, meet with the claimant, and calculate a thorough and complete value for any loss incurred by the claimant.

We will then liaise with the loss assessor in order to agree a final settlement for the claim in question.
