- From Belfast, join the M1 Southbound and continue straight for 13 kilometres (9 miles)
- Exit the M1 at junction 8 (signposted The South, Dublin).
- At the roundabout follow signs for the A1 (Newry, Dublin).
- Continue straight on the A1 for 40 kilometres (29 miles) until you reach Damolly roundabout at Newry.
- Bear right onto the Newry bypass, then follow signs for Dublin / The South as you pass straight through two further roundabouts.
- Continue straight on the A1 (N1 once you cross the border) for 13 kilometres (9 miles).
- At the Ballymascanlon roundabout take the third exit onto the Newry Road (signposted Castleblayney, Dundalk) and continue straight for Dundalk town centre.
- On crossing the Lisdoo Bridge, bear right onto Clanbrassil St.
- At the junction of Clanbrassil St and the Long Walk (traffic lights) bear right onto the Long Walk and continue straight for 300m.
- Adelphi Court (home of Donnelly Surveyors) is on your right hand side immediately after the Long Walk shopping centre.
