He graduated from the University of Ulster with a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, then successfully completed a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Niall was employed as a senior project surveyor with Bruce Shaw Partnership in Dublin and was involved in some of the most significant building projects in Ireland during his time there.
During the course of his career, Niall has worked with many of the leading architectural and engineering practices in Ireland. His knowledge of building costs and contractual matters have helped establish him as a strong member of every design team.
We have an RICS and SCS approved Structured Training Agreement in place for student and graduate surveyors. This structured approach ensures that all staff members are adequately trained in the core competencies necessary to achieve chartered status. An approved Competency Achievement Planner is drawn up for each staff member undergoing training and the competencies are assessed at predetermined intervals to ensure that the candidate remains on course for final assessment.
